Lemon Meringue Tartlettes

This is me, making lemon meringue tartlettes for the first time. I must say making these was much easier than I had initially expected. Don’t know what took me so long to finally decide to attempt lemon meringues … oh, wait, I remember … a blow torch. HA!

Spaghetti Puttanesca

This is a wonderfully delicious pasta dish, full of briny big flavours. Black kalamata olives, anchovies and caper berries all mixed together with fresh tomatoes and garlic. Simplicity and satisfaction all in one bowl. Not bad for a first attempt either. I enjoyed every mouthful. Mmmm … yummies in my tummies.
