Spicy Coconut Shrimp & Spinach Curry

Cochin Coriander-Cumin Chicken

Udon in Mushroom & Mince Meat Sauce

It’s breakfast time here in western Europe, and guess what I’m having? I adore tossed noodles in thick black sauce but you can’t always find them where I live now. It’s times like these I miss the convenience of my favourite hawker stall and just ordering a bowl, accompanied with a glass of ‘teh peng’ (iced milk tea).

Banana Custard Cream Pie with Warm Chocolate Sauce

Freshly sliced bananas laid over creamy homemade banana custard … all cradled in a crisp shortbread crust … finished off with a light drizzle of warm chocolate sauce. This combination cannot be beat. I took the concept from my all time favourite crêpe filling; brilliant in summer, especially with a side of freshly whipped chantilly cream.
