WOW! What a cake! This will be a sure winner on any table. I love brownies, and I love cookie dough … so put them together and I am in heaven! I really have to say a big THANK YOU to the person who came up with this idea. All I can say is MAKE IT and SAVOUR IT!

Goodness! I must really be on a curry roll, coz today I managed to pull off another fabulous one. This one involves gently poached jumbo prawns in a wonderful coconut and spice gravy. Spinach was added as a health option. Not to be missed!

It’s breakfast time here in western Europe, and guess what I’m having? I adore tossed noodles in thick black sauce but you can’t always find them where I live now. It’s times like these I miss the convenience of my favourite hawker stall and just ordering a bowl, accompanied with a glass of ‘teh peng’ (iced milk tea).

Freshly sliced bananas laid over creamy homemade banana custard … all cradled in a crisp shortbread crust … finished off with a light drizzle of warm chocolate sauce. This combination cannot be beat. I took the concept from my all time favourite crêpe filling; brilliant in summer, especially with a side of freshly whipped chantilly cream.
