Malaysian Prawn Sambal

I like this prawn sambal for its citrusy notes. This is a Malasian prawn sambal and it is cooked with very little liquid. Best eaten with nasi lemak, in my opinion, along side a mountain of ikan billis. If rice is not your thing, then flat breads are a good alternative.

Rosehip Tea Cheesecake with Vanilla Genoise

A daring break from the usual cheesecakes I normally do, this one made use of my favourite tea blend. The results were surprisingly decadent and pleasing in every way. This one has cake inside, as opposed to a biscuit crumb base.

Eggs Benedict

Usually I’d simply stroll into my local cafe to get it but here in the Netherlands I get no such luck. So I made these myself. A bit time consuming, but well worth it.
