Hainanese Chicken Rice

Feeling very homesick for the comfort foods of home, namely Hainanese Chicken Rice. Used to be able to just pop down to the nearest hawker center to get my fill, but not anymore. Creamy Smoked Salmon on Fettuccini

Feeling like you need a little pick me up with a healthy serve of carbs and some oily Omega-3 saturated fish? Then look no further. This dish has it all, plus a healthy dose of garlic too! Not your everyday bolognaise, but just as easy to whip up … if not easier.
