I love chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Can’t get enough of it. Then one day while browsing the internet I came across this recipe for cookie dough CUPCAKES! Had to try it and they turned out delish. These would be great for a birthday party, seriously. Word of caution tho : These are in no way low in calories.

A delightful cake. I decided to try simply because it is so vibrant and psychedelic ~ and I was bored today. Crazy bright on the eyes, this cake oozes fun and is perfect for a tea party or a kids’ birthday. Make it as a whole or as cupcakes, whatever takes your fancy, this cake will be a crowd pleaser.

All the good things in life seems to start with the letter ‘C’, like cream cheese, cranberries, chocolate, Christmas and carrot cake. I like all manner of spiced cake with fruit in it and the carrot cake is no exception (so long as its low in nuts). I thought I would give it a go considering I have never made a carrot cake in my life.
