Super quick. Super easy. Full of robust Asian flavours. This cold sesame prawn and noodle salad is an excellent choice to have on a sunny summers day with a glass of white. Today R and I headed to Utrecht to check out a Christmas market held on the private property of a wealthy family. Said property boasts ample manicured lawns, a formal garden, ponds, avenues, a chapel and its very own castle with a moat around it. The picture of the castle in the advertisement brochure did not do it justice one bit. If ever you are in the Netherlands then you must put Kasteel de Haar on your MUST SEE list, believe me.
