Ricotta + Brandied Sultana Cheesecake
Woohoo! This one turned out to be quite a success and the actual cake itself is bursting with flavour. It’s a pretty special cheesecake, one that I have never tried before. But now that I have I think it will be a good one to have around for Christmas as an alternative to fruit cake and plum pudding.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies
WOW! What a cake! This will be a sure winner on any table. I love brownies, and I love cookie dough … so put them together and I am in heaven! I really have to say a big THANK YOU to the person who came up with this idea. All I can say is MAKE IT and SAVOUR IT!

Celtic Cupcakes

Racey Red Velvet Cheesecake
I have been playing round with this idea for the past six months now and it has finally come into fruition ~ Red Velvet no-bake cheesecake! Perfect to share on Valentine’s Day with your significant other! Bright red with a full chocolatey flavour, this will definitely be hailed as dessert nirvana.

Spiced Baby Bundts with Butterscotch Glaze.
Beautiful baby bundt cakes with all the spicey flavours associated with the festive season. In Holland spiced cookies called ‘Speculaas’ and ‘Kruidnoten’ are traditional for this time of year, so I thought how about some spiced cakes as well to add to the mix. These are then glazed with a creamy butterscotch glaze and given a light dusting with cinnamon sugar. Brilliant!
